In addition, seeking feedback from trusted friends or family members can provide valuable insight into our blind spots and negative patterns. It’s essential to approach feedback with an open mind and a willingness to learn and grow.
If we’re being met with resistance everywhere we go, we have to acknowledge that the issue might be with ourselves and not the people around us.
Accepting mistakes
If we want to move on from our mistakes, we first have to accept the fact that they happened and change our perspective. Instead of highlighting our actions, we should appreciate what they taught us.
If we get caught up in the mistakes from our past for the rest of our lives, we hold ourselves back from future achievements and success.
We can’t let significant opportunities pass us by because we’re afraid of what someone might think of us or what we’ll feel about ourselves. After all, that just means we’re holding ourselves back.
